The Elders are pleased to share that Matthew Phua will join BA’s two-year Ministry Apprenticeship Scheme (MAS) from 1 January 2023.
Guided by the primary trainer, Equip Pastor Tom Conyers, and other BA pastors, he will be trained to speak God’s word to others and to equip BA members to speak God’s word.
Our apprentices are involved in ministries such as preaching, small group leading, one to one bible reading partnerships, pastoral care, running workshops and organising events.
Do pray for Matthew as he transitions to this new role!
