Since our last update in August 2021, it has been more than a year since Elder/Pastor William Lee had agreed to be the interim pastor- in-charge for the Planters Fellowship and Jesus Club.
From 1 January 2023, William will be stepping down from the role. We are thankful for how he has assisted in caring for these various ministries whilst the Elders searched for a suitable candidate to oversee this ministry.
While the Elders had conversations with some prospective candidates, we have not found anyone suitable. Please pray that God will guide our Elders as we continue our search for a pastor to join us in the next few months.
As an interim arrangement, starting from 1 January 2023, the Elders will collectively oversee and provide pastoral care for the Planters Fellowship and Jesus Club. There will be assigned Elders acting as primary liaisons with the various ministry Committees to ensure continued pastoral care for our members.
