What kind of king ends up on a shameful cross? They mocked him as king, when he was truly King. They asked him to come down and save himself, the King clung on to save them. They killed him as an enemy, the King died to call them family. ‘Crowned’ explores the shameful events leading up to Jesus’ death through the eyes of Matthew, a disciple of Jesus. Come hear how a King’s shameful death makes Good Friday good.
